There is purpose behind pain

Good evening. I wanted to share a meme that just came across my feed. It states:

I honestly believe that everyone has to go through something that absolutely destroys them in order to find out who they really are.

Truth and nothing but… There have been several times in my life that I hit walls I thought I could never summit. Where pain and depression seemed ever-present and I thought that death was right around the corner. But, through time and prayer, life eventually became livable again. Then the pain started to transform into passion which then found purpose. Now, SAS is alive and we are starting to make a difference in the lives of others. Our pain has become passion for saving lives.

If you find yourself in what seems to be your worst part of life…Don’t Quit!!! Take heart that others have been where you are and survived, if not thrived. Tribulation brings triumph. As is says in Romans 5:3, suffering produces endurance; endurance builds character; character brings hope. And pray; pray often. Even when it seems your prayers don’t penetrate the ceiling…Pray.

God bless.
